Workplace Health Risk Assessment
Initial assessment of the workplace to identify physical, chemical and biological hazards and quantify risk.
Workplace Exposure Monitoring
An evaluation of various hazardous substances (e.g. dusts, gases, fumes), in compliance with The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH 2002).
Noise Surveys
Workplace noise assessments evaluate the risk of hearing damage to work groups, and assist with implementing suitable control. Environmental noise assesses the potential impact of noise on residential properties from industrial or commercial sources.
Vibration Monitoring
Hand-Arm Vibration monitoring aims to reduce the risk of disabling disorders of the blood vessels, nerves and joints as a result of using hand-held power tools. Whole Body Vibration monitoring evaluates the risk from shocks and jolts while using mobile machines and vehicles which can lead to lower back disorders.
LEV Testing And Design
Local Exhaust Ventilation testing (LEV): By conducting this mandatory testing we can ensure our clients are meeting their statutory duties. It covers anything from fume cupboards and welding extraction to large paint spray booths. Our consultants are both P601 and P602 certified, the recognised competency level expected by the BOHS for LEV Testing.
Asbestos Management
If you own, manage or are responsible for a premises that may contain asbestos we will ensure that your legal duty to manage it is fulfilled through identification of materials, assessing the risk and assisting with overall management. We carry out both full management surveys as well as full R & D surveys prior to any refurbishment or demolition work. We utilise a UKAS accredited laboratory for all our sampling analysis. As well as surveying we carry out annual material risk reviews for all ACMs on your site to ensure you are complying with CAR 2012. All our surveyors are P402 certified.
Emissions Monitoring
The evaluation of environmental impact from industrial processes, normally focusing on direct stack emissions.
Face Fit Testing
Tight-fitting face pieces need to fit the wearer's face to be effective. As faces come in all shapes and sizes fit testing ensures that the equipment selected is suitable for the wearer. We offer both Qualitative and Quantitative Face Fit Testing.
Fire Risk Assessments
All forms of Fire Risk Assessments undertaken in accordance with PAS 79-1:2020. Our Fire Risk Assessors are NEBOSH Level 3 certified.
